摘要
用SEM原位拉伸实验对不同缺口的灰铸铁试件的断裂过程做了详细研究和分析.研究结果表明,铸铁的断裂与钢的脆性解理断裂不同.铸铁试件的断裂过程与预缺口的形态有关;在载荷很小时产生微裂纹,随着载荷的增加,微裂纹扩展,微裂纹扩展的同时产生大量新的微裂纹,直至各裂纹连接使试件整体断裂.
Fracture mechanisms of cast iron of differently prenotched specimens are observed and analysed carefully in situ SEM tensile experiment. Studies indicate that fracture of cast irons is different from brittle cleavage fracture of steels. Fracture process is related to the morphology of prenotch; microcracks start under a very small load first. With increasing load, microcracks propagate and a lot of new microcracks come into being until their being connected, resulting in total fracture of the sample.
