摘要
针对现有微波激励气体激光器存在的一些问题,研制出一种微波激励器波导耦合腔。采用频率为2.45GHz,输出功率为1000W的微波激励耦合腔进行了实验,其结果表明:该耦合腔具有易调谐和阻抗匹配等特点,对改善放电均匀性、减少微波能量反射有明显效果。该项研究有利于提高工作气体气压、增大放电的增益长度,为发展更高功率的微波激励气体激光器提供技术基础。图6,参10。
According to the existing problem of microwave-exciting, the waveguide coupled resonators are devel-opped. We experiented in the microwave-exciting coupling cavity, with frequency of 2. 45 GHz. and output power of 1000W. It's result shows that the frequency tunning and impedence, matching of the coupld resonators are easily realized, and there is an obvious efficency for improving the homegeneous discharge and reduccing the reflection of microwave energy. The study is helpful for increasing presure of working gas and gain length of discharge. It is base of developing microwove-exciting gas laser with higher power. 6figs. ,10refs.
