On Fabrication of Long-period Fiber Gratings

摘要 利用准分子激光逐点写入法对裸光纤进行曝光 ,制作周期为 2 98μm的长周期光纤光栅 ,光栅透射损耗峰最小半宽 6 nm。对激光器等制作工艺参数、环境条件和光栅长度等结构参数对长周期光纤光栅特性的影响进行了实验和理论分析。 A long period fiber grating was fabricated by excimer laser point by point exposure. The period is 298 μm, FWHM of attenuation trough in transmission spectrum is 6 nm. Several technics parameter, circumstance conditions and grating structure that have influences on grating performance are discussed in detail.
