摘要
目的 观察大鼠偏侧咀嚼引起的咀嚼肌组织超微结构变化。方法 80只大白鼠随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组拔除右侧上颌后牙。分别于4、8周后将实验组和对照组各20只大白鼠处死,对其双侧颞肌、嚼肌的组织结构进行透射电镜观察。结果 4周后实验组双侧咀嚼肌肌原纤维均有不同程度的紊乱,Z线变形,部分线粒体有肿胀和局部溶解现象;8周后咀嚼肌上述细胞与组织损害加重。结论 偏侧咀嚼可以造成咀嚼肌组织和细胞损伤,最终可能导致颞下颌关节紊乱病。
Objective To investigate the effects of deflective mastication on the ultrastructure of mastication muscles. Methods 40 white rats were used to establish animal models of deflective mastication by the way of extracting the right retromaxillary region teeth, while the other 40 white rats served as the control. After 4 weeks or 8 weeks, 20 white rats of the experimental group and 20 of the control group were observed for their mastication muscles with transmission electron microscope respectively. Results The transmission electron microscope showed that inflammatory reaction,compensatory hyperplasia,and degeneration existed. Conclusion The study demonstrated that deflective mastication was one of the pathogens of the mastication muscle injury.
