摘要
目的研究偏侧咀嚼对大鼠咀嚼肌的影响。方法60只大白鼠随机分为6组,实验组间断磨除右上、下颌磨牙牙冠至龈下,对照组未做处理,饲养条件相同。实验1组磨除牙冠后4周末、实验2、3组分别磨除牙冠后10、16周末处死动物,取其双侧颞肌、咀嚼肌进行光镜、电镜切片检查,结果与对照组对照。结果实验1、2、3组双侧颞肌及咀嚼肌均出现受损的病理变化,咀嚼肌有炎性变化。结论偏侧咀嚼是颞下颌关节紊乱病的病因之一。
Objective： To study the effeet of unilateral chew on mastication muscles. Methods： 60 white rats were divided into three experiment groups and three control groups. The right upper and lower posterion teeth of all the experiment groups were ground to the gingival level without oeclusal contact. The rats of the first experiment and control groups were killed 4 weeks later, and those of the second and third groups were killed 10, 16 weeks later respectively. The pathological changes of mastication muscles were studied. Results： There were pathognustic changes in mastication muscles in unilateral chew. Conclusion： The unilateral chew is one of the causes of temporomandibular joint disorders.
