摘要
本文通过对数据通信质量与超五类缆性能的关系、超五类缆性能与结构尺寸和材料的关系等的分析,从而设计出超五类缆。同时,还对超五类缆工艺参数的设定和控制、生产过程参数的设定和控制等进行了论述。最后,给出了UTP4对24AWG超五类缆的所有尺寸和对绞与成缆等的绞合节距等重要工艺参数。
This paper presents the design of category 5+ data cables by analysis of the relationship between the quality of data communication and performance of category 5+ data cables and the relationship between the performance of category 5+ data cables and cable dimension and mateials. It describes the setting and control of the parameters of technological process of the cable as well as setting and control of production parameters. Finally, it gives all sizes of 24 AWG 4pair UTP Category 5+ data cable and length of lay for pair twisting and cable layingup.
