摘要
设计和制造了一种6A类非屏蔽数据通信电缆。为兼顾电缆的性能和成本,在该6A类电缆中采用了特殊形状的骨架和锯齿状护套两个特殊设计,并对关键生产工序进行了严格的控制。最终使得该6A类电缆满足了6A类万兆布线系统要求,在保证线缆具有100Ω特性阻抗前提下,在500MHz下仍有较好的信号传输性能和较强的抗外部干扰性能。
A Cat.6A UTP data cable is designed and manufactured.In consideration of performance and cost of the cable,special shaped framework and zig-zag sheath are adopted in the cable,and the key production process is strictly controlled.At last the Cat.6A cable meets the requirements of Cat.6A 10 Gb/s cabling system.On the premise of ensuring the cable having 100 Ω impedance,the cable has better signal transmission performance and stronger anti-interference performance at 500 MHz.
