摘要
船用齿轮传动装置是船舶主机与螺旋桨之间实现功率和转速匹配的重要传动设备。本文从船舶系统的角度 ,研究了可靠性分配原理 ,讨论了轴系、柴油机和机座对齿轮传动可靠性的影响 ,提出了改进齿轮箱输入端轴系结构和联接方式 ,对称设计箱体和独立布置机座 ,调整中间轴承高度位置的方法 ,有效地提高了船用齿轮传动系统的工作可靠性。
The ship gearing is important transmission equipment to be used to match power of the main engine and propeller. From the ship system, we discuss the reliability distribution principle; study affection of the shafting, main engine and engine base on the gearing; and suggest some methods, such as improving the structure and connection type of the gear case input shafting, designing the case body symmetrically, independently arranging the engine base and raising the height of middle bearings. All these methods will effectively enhance reliability of the ship gearing system.
