摘要
以应用最广泛的LY 12-CZ和LC 4-CS两种铝合金为代表,研究不同高能热流对材料的热效应。对LY 12-CZ合金研究了从室温到接近熔化温度的变化,重点在300℃以下的组织、性能特征。对LC 4-CS合金则主要研究了200~300℃温度间的组织、性能变化。阐明了在高能热流冲击下铝合金的使用安全范围;快速瞬时加热对合金的有害和有利的作用。
In this paper, the instantaneous thermal effects of material uuder high energy heat current of various temperatures were studied. LY 12-CZ and LC 4-CS alloys were used as typical materials. The effects on LY 12-CZ alloy, from room temperature to the temperature near the melting point were investigated.and stressed on the change of microstructure and properties at the temperature lower than 300℃.The effects on LC4-CS alloy, the change of microstructure and properties in the temperature interval of 200~300℃ were mainly investigated. The safety service area of aluminum alloys under high energy heat current shock, and the harmful and beneficial effects of quick instantaneous heat on aluminum alloys were described.
