摘要
在分析当前新形势下中国建筑企业面临的机遇与挑战的基础上,提出了针对性的应对措施,深入探讨和研究了国企改革发展的途径和国企经营管理战略的实施问题。
Based on the analysis on the opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese construction enterprises under the new situation, this paper puts forward some measures of dealing with these opportunities and challenges, and probes into and researches on the channels of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises and the practice of state-owned enterprises' strategy of operation and management.
