图书馆在高等教育中作用和地位的增强,对高校图书馆馆员素质提出了更高的要求,新时期的图书馆员要有正确的角色定位,尤其要进一步提高思想政治素质和业务素质,为高校图书馆事业的发展做出自己应有的贡献。
The strengthening of the functions and position of the library in higher education puts forward higher requirements for the quality of university library's librarians; and the librarians of the new era should have right role orientation, especially should further increase ideological and political quality and professional quality of themselves and make a due contribution for the development of university library.
