摘要
论述了图书馆步入网上电子文献信息服务新时期后 ,现代信息知识与网络化服务方式对图书馆员专业知识水平和业务能力的挑战 ;指出图书馆员在网络环境下应具备的业务技能及提高网络服务技能的途径。
The present discusses the challenges faced by librarians in the fields of expertise and professional skills.The library has entered a new era of electronic information service on the network and those challeges become obvious.Furthermore,the paper points out the librarians'expertise and professional skills that they should master in the environment of network and the way of improving their skills in network service.
