摘要
目的 探讨腰椎间盘突出症的系统外科手术治疗 ,使患者避免反复手术之苦。方法 回顾性地分析资料 ,并经 1～ 5a随访手术治疗的 117例腰椎间盘突出症病人。结果 在随访期间 ,本组的优良率达 92 3% ,且均未因本病而再手术治疗。
Objective To find out the systematic surgical treatment of lumbar disc protrusion to make patiens avoid reoperation after operation.Methods 117 cases with lumbar dics protrusion with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and were given 1 to 5 years' follow up operation treatment.Results The fine rate was 92.3% during the follow up period and the patiens were not reoperated because of the disease.Conclusions Systematic surgical treatment can make the patiens with lumbar disc protrusion avoid reoperation after operation.
