人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折22例 被引量：3

摘要 人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折解决了因固定不牢、骨折畸形愈合及骨不连、长期卧床反复手术等诸多并发症。本组22例老年股骨粗隆间不稳定性骨折Ⅱ-Ⅲ型采用骨水泥人工股骨头置换术,术后伤口一期愈合,无一例感染,术后随访6-12个月,22例髋关节屈90°-110°,功能大多数恢复到受伤前的水平,疗效满意。应用骨水泥型人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折是一种可行的治疗方法。
