摘要
提出并讨论了河南现代化的内涵,运用数学方法建立了区域现代化评价指标体系,确立了具体的评价方法.对河南省现代化研究的结果表明,河南省已经部分实现现代化,进入现代化的发展期;但是河南省各地市之间却存在着明显的现代化水平差异.结合河南省的具体情况进行了分析,据此提出提高河南省现代化水平的相应对策.
This paper discusses and brings forward firstly the elemental meaning of modernization and sets up the system of estimate index of modernization , and then measures the modernization course of Henan. The result indicates that some regions in Henan have realized modernization and entered developing period of modernization But, in the light of the degree of modernization there is distinctly regional difference in Henan. And then on the basis of the condition of Henan ,we analyse the result and put forward the countermeasure to improve the modernization of Henan.
