摘要
本文在分析广州经济发展的特点以及经济结构对环境质量影响的背景下 ,运用数学方法和指标体系定量地评价广州市 1980年以来环境与经济协调发展的状况 ,得出广州近 2 0年来环境与经济协调发展经历了由不协调到良好协调发展的 6个阶段 ,并在此基础上提出了转变经济增长方式、调整产业结构和实行清洁生产等策略。
This paper, analyses the characteristics of the economic development as well as economic structure in Guangzhou and its influence environmental quality, and using the mathematics method and the index system by ration appraises the situation of the environmental and economics coordination development of Guangzhou since 1981. In last 20 years, coordination development of environment and economics has gone through six stages from no coordination to good coordinative development in Guangzhou city. On this basrs, strategies such as ways to change economic increases, adjustment of industrial structure and implementation of the cleaner production are proposed.
