摘要
设计河南省可持续发展的指标体系,介绍层次分析法的基本原理、存在问题、改进办法,并结合河南省90年代的实际发展,用改进的层次分析法对河南省可持续发展能力进行了有效评估,指出河南省可持续发展能力总体呈上升态势,但表现出一定的波动性.
The paper firstly designs the indicator system of Henan's sustainable development from the angle of system function, secondly discusses the AHP's basic principles, existing problems and improved methods. With reference to the fact of Henan's development in 1990s, the author takes a quantitative analysis of the capacity of Henan's sustainable development by means of improved AHP and points out that the capacity of Henan's sustainable development has been gradually strengthened with fluctuation to a certain degree.
