摘要
目的 :探讨血清 HBV DNA水平与 HBV标志物 (HBV M)表现模式的关系。方法 :对 12 0 7例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行血清 HBV DNA荧光定量 PCR分析 ,HBV M检测采用 EL ISA法。结果 :血清 HBV DNA水平与 HBVM表现模式有关 ,HBs Ag与 HBe Ag的存在影响 HBV DNA水平变化。结论 :HBe Ag和 HBV DNA有明显的相关 ,抗 - HBe、抗 HBc阳性者病毒未完全停止复制 ,只是复制水平降低。
Objective:To explore the relation between the nucleic acid content of hepatitis B Virus and hepatitis B virus markers.Methods:1207 patients Suffering from Chronic hepatitis B were performed Amplisensor ration PCR analysis was used for HBV DNA quantifying assessment.Hepatitis B virus markers were detected by ELISA.Results:Serum HBV DNA content was related to hepaitis B virus markers.Conclusions:Thers is a Significant correlation between HBeAg and HBV DNA,but positive Anti-HBe and Anti-HBc have copies lower cover.
