摘要
目的:了解门诊糖尿病病人治疗的影响因素,提出有效改进措施。方法:将糖尿病病人分为血糖控制良好(A)与不良(B)2组,分别测定患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白,对其治疗情况进行调查分析。结果:A组有20％,B组有50％的患者对糖尿病基础知识,并发症、治疗等了解匮乏,患者的血糖达标率较低。结论:提高糖尿病基础知识知晓率是治疗的第一步,应加强对糖尿病病人的教育,提高达标率,减少并发症的发生发展。
Objective: To probe into the factors influencing the therapy of diabetes in out-patients and to draw up the measures to control the factors.Methods:Sixty patients were divided into two groups and were visited by doctors.The BG and HbAlc were measured in all the patients.Results:20% patients in group A and 50% in group B lacked knowledge of diabetes,its complications and therapeutic method The BG and HbAlc in diabetes patients failed to be controlled. Conclusions: It is the first step in the treatment for patients with diabetes to improve their knowledge of DM. It is necessary to strengthen diabetes education and improve their awareness. It is imperative to reduce the complications of diabetes.
