摘要
自１９８５年始对糖尿病人进行健康教育。１９８８年～１９９１年对１４９名以ＮＩＤＤＭ为主的糖尿病人进行了教育，并与同期１３８名ＤＭ病人作对照，结果显示在血糖控制和延缓糖尿病视网膜病变和糖尿病肾病方面教育组优于对照组。

of diabetes melitus since 1985.The results showed that the intervention group(149 NIDDM )was
appeared favorable ef- fective than the control group(138 DM)in the suppression of blood glucose
concentration,postpone diabetic retinopathy and diabetic nephropathy in 1988-1991.
