摘要
目的:观察前列腺素E_1(PGE_1)对高血压病患者肾功能的影响。方法:58例高血病肾损害氮质血症期患者分为两组,治疗组(常规降压+PGE_1)29例,对照组(常规降压)29例,观察两组治疗前后血Bun、Cr、β_2-MG及尿β_2-MG、尿蛋白的指标。结果:治疗后各项指标在治疗组中明显下降(P<0.01),而对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:PGE_1可改善高血压肾损害氮质血症期的肾功能。
Objective: Observes the effect of PGE1 on renal function of hypertension with renal damage Method: 58 cases hypertension with renal damage in nitremia period is divided into two groups: treatment group( the routine to decease blood pressure + PGE1 )29 cases.Treatment lasted for 10 - 14 day.Observing two group in before and after treatment serum Bun. Cr,β2-MG and urine β2-MG, urine protein. Result: Every index signs in the group of after treatment obviously decline in the treatment group( P < 0.01). but the control group have no obvious difference ( P > 0.05 ) Conclusion: PGE better renal injury of nitremia in hypertension patients.
