摘要
车辆牌照识别是智能交通系统一个重要部分 ,已有不少研究成果 本文将最大类间方差图像二值化算法与数学形态学方法相结合 ,通过实验提出了一种简单 ,可靠的车辆牌照定位分割算法 ,并在VC中编程通过 。
License plate recognition is an important part in the intelligence traffic system,and there have been a lot of investigate fruits.This paper proposs a most generic variance thresholding algorithm based on spatial distribution combined with mathematical morphology . This algorithm gets across on visual C++ platform. There are some thoughtfulness and arithmetic.
