提出了一种基于模板匹配的车牌识别方法 ,可不需分割车牌中的字符而有效识别实际系统中低质量和模糊的车牌图像中的字符 ,识别率可达 95% ,识别时间不超过 1
A method of number-plate recognition using templates matching is presented.It can effectively recognize low quality and fuzzy number-plate image in real system without isolating single character.The recognition rate is close to 95%,and the recognition time is less than one second.
