摘要
研究了用紫外分光光度法直接测定蜂蜜中果糖的含量 .果糖在盐酸的作用下 ,对紫外光有吸收 ,其最大吸收波长在 2 91nm .果糖浓度在 0~ 3 0mg L范围内服从比尔定律 .
A new photometric analysis method for determination of fructose was presented. Fructose absorbs ultraviolet at 291 nm in the presence of hydrochloric acid. The measured absorbance can be linear to the presence of fructose in the 0~30 mg/L concentration range. The presented method has been successfully applied to the determination of fructose content in honey sample sourced from wild bee.
