摘要
采用压力浸渗方法制备非连续增强复合材料需要高质量的预制块。综述了湿压法制备非连续增强相预制块所用粘结剂的种类和特性、预制块烘干方式对粘结剂分布的影响,以及湿压法制备预制块技术的研究进展;对目前预制块制备技术的发展方向进行了展望。
High quality preforms are important for discontinuously reinforced composites made by the pressure infiltration method. In this paper we review binders used for preforms of discontinuous reinforcements,the effect of drying methods on the distribution of binders in preforms and progress in research on fabrication methods of performs. The future development trend of preform preparation methods are also predicted.
