摘要
介绍流式细胞绝对计数血液淋巴细胞亚群、T淋巴细胞体外活化功能测定、活化免疫细胞内细胞因子分析、定量分析淋巴细胞亚群表达某些活化抗原在SARS临床研究中的应用及流式细胞分析SARS标本应注意的问题,并提供了一例SARS病例的分析结果供参考。
This paper presents the applications of flow cytometry ( FCM) in clinical researches on severe acute respiratory syndrome(SARS) by taking count of lymphocytic subsets in blood, analysis of T-lymphocyte activation in vitro, detection of cytokines in acti-vated immunocyte, quantitative analysis of some activated antigens on lymphocytic subset expression, and some problem with attentionwere put forward in SARS specimens handling. A case of SARS analysis by FCM was provided for discussion
