Research and Development of Mg Based Rapid Solidification Alloy

摘要 为解决镁合金开发过程中遇到的镁合金强度比较低的问题,采用了改变凝固工艺条件的方法来改善镁合金的力学性能。以铜模铸造大块非晶合金(Mg-Cu-Y)的试验为例,探讨了镁合金的非晶化能力和制备方法。 Solidification process was modified to improve mechanical properties of Mg -alloy.Based on an example of foundry process of the bulk Mg-Cu-Y amorphous alloy,the amorphous capacity and fabrication method of Mg -alloy was discussed.
