摘要
用电磁振动雾化-速凝法制备了粒度为0·2~1·0mm的镁粉,研究了这种速凝镁粉在1000℃的阻燃时间。结果表明,速凝镁粉阻燃时间为17~21s,而铣削-钝化镁粉阻燃时间为11~14s。扫描电镜和能谱仪观察和分析发现,速凝镁粉存在表面碳富集,迅速凝固产生的致密表面,增强了粉粒表面的化学稳定性,产生了钝化效果。
The ignition-proof time of the magnesium powder with 0.2~1.0 mm in size prepared by electromagnetic vibration atomizing and quenching has been examined at 1 000 ℃.The results show that the ignition-proof time of rapidly-solidified magnesium powder keeps for 17~21s while that of milling-passivated magnesium powder keeps for 11~14 s.The morphology of the rapidly-solidified magnesium powder was observed by SEM and EPMA.It is found that the C-enrichment on the surface of the magnesium powder can be observed.The chemical stability of powder surface can be strengthened to lead to the passivation effects due to the formation of compact surface during rapid solidification.
