摘要
目的 评价他汀类药物单用及与不饱和脂肪酸联用治疗老年混合型高脂血症的疗效与安全性。方法 95例混合型高脂血症患者随机分为四组 :舒降之组、洛伐他汀组、洛伐他汀 +Omega 3组、脂必妥组。治疗 8周 ,观察降脂疗效、不良反应。结果 他汀与不饱和脂肪酸联用类降低甘油三酯 (TG)、升高高密度脂蛋白 (HDL C)优于单用他汀类组 ,降胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL C)、动脉粥样硬化指数 ,二者无显著性差异。降TC、TG、LDL C三项指标达标率他汀类与不饱和脂肪酸联用高于单用他汀类。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of statin genera alone using and ally using with unsaturated fatty acid genera in the treatment of combined hyperlipidemia of old people.Methods Ninety five cases with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into 4 groups,one with simvastatin,one with lovastatin,one with lovastatin plus omega 3 and one with zhibituo for 8 weeks.Results Statin genera plus unsaturated fatty acid(Omega 3) is significantly superior to statin genera alone in reduction of triglycerides(TG) and elevation of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C).As for the reduction of total cholesterol(TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(TC HDL) and (TC HDL C)/HDL C,no significant difference was observed,but the effective rate in reduction of TC,TG,LDL C is higher than statin genera alone using.Conclusions In general,statin genera ally using with unsaturated fatty acid in the treatment of combined hyperlipidemia in old people is strongly recommended.
