摘要
采用β-甲壳质作为原料,通过简单的、独特的制备工艺和配方,制备β-甲壳素;使用波谱等仪器分析表征技术表征产物结构和基本物性。实验结果表明:由于β-甲壳质具有松散的β-晶型,其非均相反应活性较α-甲壳质大,故β-甲壳质的脱乙酰反应产物β-甲壳素虽然具有与α-甲壳素相同的化学结构,但却具有高达99 4%的脱乙酰度和近似无定型的结构,β-甲壳素的相对分子质量也高达2 2×106,这些是α-甲壳质的非均相脱乙酰反应产物α-甲壳素所无法达到的,热分析结果表明β-甲壳素在270℃以下是稳定的。
The β-chitosan was prepared from β-chitin,and was characterized with advanced instrumental analysis such as wave spectrum. The results from structural characterization of β-chitosan showed that owing to the loose crystal form of β-chitin,its reactivity is higher than that α-chitin.Although the molecular structure of β-chitosan is same as that of α-chitosan,the former possesses higher deactylation degree (994 %) and MW(22×106)The thermal analysis study of β-chitosan indicates that the β-chitosan is thermally stable at<270 ℃
