The characteristics and research progress of new type bactericide and mildewproof agent-immobilized chlorine dioxide were reviewed.The releasing characteristics and sterilizing effect of immobilized chlorine dioxide were measured and tested.The preparation of immobilized chlorine dioxide by reaction way and absorption way were described.Potential uses and market prospects of immobilized chlorine dioxide daily chemical industry is also introduced.
