摘要
本方法采用液相色谱法,在使用C18和紫外检测器对多菌灵、福美双、乙霉威进行定量分析。多菌灵、福美双、乙霉威的平均回收率分别为99.77%、99.99%、99.3%;线性相关系数分别为0.9987、0.9996、0.9977。
The quantitative analysis of carbendazim, thiramand,diethofecncarb by HPLC with C18 column at uv was introuced. the results showed that carbendazim, thiramand, diethofencab averrage recover was 99.77%,99.99%,99.3%,0.9987,0.9996,0.9977 respectively.
