摘要
本文针对单柱立车工作台短主轴滚动导轨结构，概述了预紧力施加方法，并探讨了工作台滚动导轨预紧力与工作台承受偏载能力、静摩擦力矩、温升及动态特性等因素的影响关系。通过试验研究提出了主轴预紧力的最佳值。
in this article, to counter the construction of rolling guideway of table with short spindle of single column vertical turning lathe, the method of applying preload is described, and the influences of preloading force on the ability of carrying offset load, the static friction torque, the temperature rise and the dynamic performance, etc. are discussed. By means of experiment, the optimum value of preloadiug force for the spindle is presented.
