摘要
针对立车液压自动转位刀台受偏转载荷后,所引起的转位、定位的不可靠性进行了深入的试验研究,从结构上着重解决了转位后,定位的准确性以及断电保护、液压缓冲等问题,并得到了实际验证。使液压自动转位刀台的结构更趋合理,可靠性切实得到保证。
Experiment and research are made on unrelibilities of indexing and positioning that resulted from deflective load put on hydraulic automatic indexing tool post for boring & turning mill. On the basis of improved construction, it mainly resolves positioning accuracy, electric cut off protection and hydraulic damping, etc. after tool post indexing. The solution is practically proofed. The structure of hydraulic automatic indexing tool post is more reasonable and the reliability is practically ensured.
