摘要
在概要总结我国电力机车三十余年发展历史的基础上,作者对今后十年电力机车的进一步发展,从方向目标上或具体做法上提出了几点意见,可供有关人员参考。
On the basis of summarizing the history of more than 30 years of electric locomotive development in our conutry, the author expresses a few opinions on its further development within the coming 10 years with regard to the general target and the specific measures, which provide references for relative personnels.
