推力轴承支撑件的改造及有限元分析

摘要 针对小型水力发电机组推力轴承支撑元件常见的问题,借鉴大型发电机组多波纹弹性油箱使用的成功经验,对单波纹弹性油箱进行改造,并采用有限元法进行了力学性能分析。结果表明:采用弹性支撑方式改造后的单波纹弹性油箱有效地解决了推力轴承受偏心力时受力不均的问题,同时具有成本低、尺寸小、结构简单等优点。 Aiming at common problems in the small hydroelectric power unit thrust beating support element, learning from the successful experience of large hydroelectric power unit using multi-corrugated elastic tank, the single-corrugated elastic tank was transformed and analyzed the mechanical performance using finite element method. The results show that: after transformation, the single corrugated tank with elastic support effectively solves the uneven forcing problem of thrust bearing in eccentric force, and at the same time the teachnology has many advantageous as low cost, small size, and simple structure, etc.
