摘要
论述了21世纪图书馆生存发展的途径——资源共享。21世纪图书馆的发展必须要强化工作人员意识,进行服务方式的变革,打破馆藏界限,建立文献资源共享网络。同时,注重人力资源的开发。
The way of the development and existing of college Libraries in the 21th century is the sharing of resources. The development of the libraries in the 21th century needs the strong conscioueness of the clerks, the transform of the service. It also needs the cooperation between the libraries and the setting of the net of the resourres sharing. It also needs the development of the personnel resources.
