摘要
本文通过分析图书馆管理坚持以人为本的必要性,从"以读者为本"与"以馆员为本"两方面论述了高职高专图书馆管理实现以人为本的具体措施。
Through analyzing the necessity of people - oriented management in libraries of higher vocational schools and colleges, this paper discusses the concrete measures on how to achieve people - oriented management in libraries of higher vocational schools and colleges from both the reader - oriented and librarian - oriented points of view. 4 refs.
