摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以C18柱为固定相,甲醇+水为流动相,用236nm紫外检测器定量测定胺苯磺隆、草除灵、唑禾草灵混剂的含量。本方法的变异系数分别为0.65%、0.06%、0.40%;标准偏差分别为0.013、0.009、0.032;平均回收率分别为98.31%、100.05%、99.13%;线性相关系数分别为0.9956、0.9978、0.9988。
A metho d was introduced for the determination of ethametsulfuron+benazolin-ethyl+fenoxapr op-ethyl by HPLC with C 18 column at UV236nm,the mobile phase was a mixture of CH 3 OH and H 2 O.The coefficient of variation was0.65%and0.06%and0.40%,standard devia-tion was0.013and0.009and0.032,recorery ration was98.31%and100.05%and99.13%,l inear corre-lation was0.9956and0.9978and0.9988respectively.
