摘要
从海水的平衡潮理论出发推导出气压长周期变化的一种模型 ,在此基础上提出了气候潮的概念 ,并构造出了气候潮的公式 ,为预报发生在山东乃至全国、全球的特大型气象灾害找到了一条有用的规律。
Based on the equilibrium tide theory of sea water, a model relating the long-period variation of the atmospheric pressure with the motion of the moon is derived and the concept of the climatic tide is advanced. The formulae for the climatic tide are established. These formulae are useful for predicting extraordinarily serious meteorological disasters in the Shandong area even in China, as well as in the whole world.
