摘要
分析了当前我国高校普遍存在的科研与市场脱节的问题,提出了转变科研管理观念、发挥市场对科研的指导作用、建立适应市场经济需要的科技应用体系以及调整科研管理宏观调控方向等措施。
The problem on scientific: research and market being out of joint exiting universally in our colleges and universities at present is analyzed in this paper.The measures of chaning the idea of management of scientific research,giving play to the guidance function of market to scientific research,establishing the application system of scientific research adapting to the market economy and adjusting the direction of macroscopic rgeulating and controlling are brought forward to accelerate reform of management and to make the research activity of colleges and universities enter into the field of socioeconomic development as soon as possible in order to bring into play of science and technology to maximum extent.
