摘要
在化工工艺专业精细化工方向本科教育的专业实验课中,尝试提供原料及单价,提出产品的质量、成本要求和测试方法,让学生根据所学的理论知识,自己设计配方和工艺过程,并对产品的性能进行检测。整个实验过程使学生在理论与实践的结合上有更深刻的体会,培养创新意识,锻炼动手能力。
A new approach of specialization experiment was proposed, which requires students themselves design product formula and process technology, and analyse the performance of the products according to the given raw material, cost per unit, quality of product and testing method based on the classroom knowledge. In the experiment the students combine theory knowledge with practical experience which bencfits the ability of creation and getting to work.
