摘要
自主开发机电液综合实验装置平台,将机械设计、液压与气压传动、机电传动控制、微机原理及应用等多门机械类专业基础课程有机结合。以PLC、微机、工控机等多种控制方式为手段,以机械传动、液压传动、气压传动装置为主体,实现对实验主体的过程和动作控制,具有创新性、综合性、先进性和开放性特点,为本科学生提供3周的综合实训,提升学生的综合应用和创新能力培养力度。本文阐述了机电液综合实验的过程管理是确保机电液综合实验顺利实施和学生能力培养的有效手段,通过机电液综合实验可有效提高应用型机械本科人才的创新能力等综合能力及素质,并在此基础上提出了机电液综合实验的成绩评价体系。
In this paper a mechanical electrical and hydraulic experimental platform was independently developed.It was pointed out that the process management of mechanical electrical and hydraulic experiments was an effective means to ensure the successful implementation of the comprehensive experiment and the cultivation of the ability of students.The comprehensive ability of the mechanical engineering undergraduates can be effectively improved through the application of the experiment.Meanwhile,the evaluation system of the mechanical electrical and hydraulic experiment was presented.
