摘要
生物反应器是整个生物反应过程的关键设备.针对厌氧反应过程的特点,提出了既有内循环系统,又有外循环系统的厌氧反应器新思路.介绍了该反应器的结构、流动实验和传热实验.实验结果表明,流动稳定后,外循环流量在400~1450L·h-1范围内时,反应器的内循环液速随外循环流量增大呈指数增长,当采用夹套换热,外循环流量在0~1300L·h-1范围内,冷却水流量在250~750L·h-1范围内时,传热系数随外循环流量或冷却水流量的增加而线性增大.
Bioreactor is the most important equipment to bioprocess.In view of the specialty of the anaerobic reaction,the anaerobic reactor with both inter-loop and outer-loop is put forward as a new train of thoughts.This paper layes its stress on the structure,the flow experiment and the heat transfer experiment of the reactor.The result of the experiments indicates that after the flow is steady,the inter-loop velocity increases exponencially as the outer-loop flux increasing if only the outer-loop flux ranges from 400 L·h-1 to 1 450 L·h-1,and that the thermal conductive coefficient increases linearly as the outer-loop flux increasing or the cooling water flux increasing if only the outer-loop flux ranges from 0 L·h-1 to 1 300 L·h-1 and the cooling water flux ranges from 250 L·h-1 to 750 L·h-1.
