摘要
利用新型双环流厌氧反应器进行小麦淀粉乳酒精发酵实验,研究了无环流和主发酵期(8~20h)发酵液强制双环流的小麦淀粉乳酒精发酵过程,实验过程中,外环流流量控制在600L/h。在主发酵期,用泵强制循环发酵液,可以防止料液沉淀,促进原料的水解和营养成分的分散。实验结果表明,强制环流明显提高了发酵终了醪液的酒度和淀粉利用率。
A new-type double-loop anaerobic bioreactor was used in alcohol fermentation of wheaten starch milk. The alcohol fermentation process, with the fermentation liquid not circulated and compulsorily circulated from the eighth hour to the twentieth hour, had been studied. The outer-loop flux was controlled at 600 L/h in the experiment. The compulsory double circulation of the fermentation liquor in chief fermentation period could prevent solution deposition and also enhance the hydrolysis of the substrate and the distribution of nutritional ingredients, The experimental results indicated that compulsory circulation could evidently enhance alcohol degree of the mash and the utilization rate of starch.
