摘要
玉米赤霉醇(Zeranol)是玉米赤霉菌(Gibberella Zeae)在生长过程中产生的次生代谢产物—玉米赤霉烯酮经化学还原成的一种动物生长促进剂,对牛、羊有促蛋白质合成作用,可作为外源促蛋白合成剂在牛、羊育肥上使用。使用方法是埋植于牛、羊耳根背面皮下,在60到90天的育肥期内使增重率提高15～20％,饲料转化率提高10％左右.在美国等几十个国家已经广泛使用了20多年.在中国则刚开始试验、示范.经过北京农业大学等单位试验,证明确实是一种成本低,效果好的肉牛、羊增重剂.
Zetanol is a derivative of resorcylic acid lactone occurring in the fungus Gibber (?)a Zeae. It is provided with anaboic activity in beef cattle and sheep, so that be used as a growth-pro(?)oting agent in animal production. The mode of application is to be implanted. Implantation is subcutaneous, usually at the base of the ear. In beef cattle and sheep, Zcranol treatment improved liveweight gain by 15—20%, and 10% of FCE(feed conversion efficiency ). Zcranol has been widely used in USA and some other countries. Now, it begins to be used in China. It must be helpful to the meat production of cattle and sheep in China.
