摘要 基于目标定向理论及其在体育运动中研究的概述,提出如何在体育教学中运用目标定向理论来促进体育教学,提高体育教学的效果。 Based on summarizing the goal orientation theory and its research in sports, this article puts forward suggestions to apply goal orientation theory to improve the teaching effects in physical education.
