摘要
目标定向理论是一个综合了能力知觉、能力水平、自我效能感、成败归因等多个个体认知因素的成就动机理论,为高校体育教育如何培养大学生运动动机提供理论依据。本文结合目标定向论,比较了不同目标定向(任务定向与自我定向)的大学生在能力知觉、任务选择、认知策略与情感体验等多个方面的差异,针对如何培养任务目标定向、营造掌握任务为主的学习动机气氛,为高校体育教育对大学生运动动机的有效培养提出具体建议。
Goal-oriented theory is a theory of accomplishment motivation that integrates cognitive abilities of individuals,ability levels, self-efficacy, and attribution of success or failure and so on, and provides a theoretical basis for college physical education how to cultivate motivation of undergraduates. Based on the theory of target orientation, this paper compares the differences of students' ability perception, task selection, cognitive strategy and emotional experience between different target orientations(task orientation and self-orientation). In view of how to cultivate the goal orientation of the task and how to master the task Based learning motivation atmosphere for university physical education on the motivation of college students to effectively raise specific recommendations.
