摘要
文章论述了高校扩招后,图书馆面临的服务设施条件与扩招步伐失调,单一的藏书结构发展不均衡,服务手段方法滞后,馆员素质有待提高等问题,指出师专图书馆应首先解决经费问题,开发现有的馆藏,加快现代化管理进程,培养一支高素质的人员队伍,以适应扩招形势对师专图书馆的要求。
The thesis expounds the problems that the normal colleges' libraries are facing, the backwardness and the disadvantages of their facilities and services after universities and colleges' expanded enrollment. It also put forward some feasible countermeasures to solve these problems and how to improve the libraries' faculties' quality to fit in with the need of the epoch.
