摘要
为了探明三峡库区克山病的发病机理,作者选定库区几个重病区进行了病情与生态环境的分析,首先通过对库区病区的自然地理环境特点和化学地理特点的剖析,初步证实了克山病高发病区多为贫硒环境。然后根据统计资料对土壤中硒等生命元素与病情进行多元逐步回归分析,得出一系列的元素组合判别式,其中,硒始终是病因产生的主导因素,这更进一步的映证了以前的研究结论:即环境中硒缺乏是导致克山病早期病变的基本因素。最后提出了克山病防治措施。
In order to detect the causes of Keshan diseases in Three Georges district,the author decided to choose some areas suffering from severe Keshan diseases and tried to find the relationship between Keshan diseases and ecological characteristics.At first a study was made on the characteristics of physical geography and geochemistry.A preminary conclusion was drawn,that is,the areas which suffer from Keshan diseases are always due to the lack of selenium in the environment.Furthmore,the author analylized the relationship between trace elements in soils and the ratio of death on statistical documents by linear regression and obtained a series of linear regression equations,the results show that selenium is the main cause of the trouble.It was believed that the lack of selenium is the main cause which can lead to Keshan diseases at the earlier stage.In the end,some effective measures were proposed to combat the diseases.
